We are pleased to announce that some of our treatments are able to resume, including 60-minute sports massage / soft tissue therapy and initial consultations, and 1:1 Private Pilates. Soft Tissue Therapy

Many therapists are shying away from the title sports massage therapist as this suggests that sports massage is only for the sporty… NOT TRUE!

Soft Tissue Therapy includes

My consultant said that if I didn’t improve my mobility by the next time I saw him he would give me another injection and I didn’t want that. So I had a couple of sessions with you, did my exercises and then went into his office swinging my arm around!

Whether you are seeking help for aches and pains, posture relief, or recovery from exercise this is the option for your first treatment. This session comprises of 15 minutes of consultation and assessment followed by 45 minutes of treatment. During this session you and your therapist will discuss your needs. If appropriate you will receive a complementary remedial exercise plan shortly after your appointment.
This treatment is tailored for those who suffer from symptoms of poor digestion such as bloating, constipation, acid reflux, and cramps. You can read more about this treatment here.
This treatment is suitable for those with conditions that affect the respiratory system, such as asthma and anxiety. It can also benefit shallow breathers and athletes who take part in cardiovascular training.
